Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our premium Black Angus beef and delivery process.
How is Creekstone Farms beef different from standard grocery store beef?
We specialize in Premium Black Angus Beef, sourced from cattle raised with high-quality grain diets and superior genetics. Our strict quality standards ensure a consistent, marble-rich product that far exceeds the quality of standard commercial beef.
How do you ensure the meat stays fresh during shipping?
All orders are packed in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to maintain a safe, refrigerated temperature. We use expedited shipping methods to ensure your beef arrives in optimal condition, ready for your grill or freezer.
Do you use hormones or antibiotics in your cattle?
We offer a specific Natural Black Angus Beef line that is raised with no hormones or antibiotics ever. Across all our programs, we prioritize the humane treatment of animals and sustainable farming practices.
Can I return meat products if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a resolution.
What is the best way to thaw my beef once it arrives?
For the best quality and safety, we recommend thawing your beef slowly in the refrigerator. Depending on the cut size, this typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Avoid thawing at room temperature to preserve the meat's integrity.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. Due to the perishable nature of our products and shipping time constraints, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
